A note about a calculator result that does not match the example on the page, a source link that has moved, or a passage that is out of date. Include the page address. Giuseppe Ilarda, the site owner, reads the mail. He writes and checks the calculators and the explainers. That is not a credential and not a promise that every message becomes a change.
What we cannot help with
This is not a place for personal financial advice. Do not send account numbers, tax returns, or a request to decide a loan, an investment, a benefit claim, or a tax filing. The site cannot see a lender's file, a brokerage account, or a government record, and it does not take applications. The disclaimerstates that limit. For a decision about your own money, use a qualified professional or the agency that administers the program.
When to expect a reply
Expect a reply in a few business days. That is the ordinary pace, not a same-day service and not a deadline the site is obliged to meet. Mail sent on a weekend or a holiday waits until the next business days. If a message asks for personal financial advice, it will not get that advice.
